Here are the following ways in which you can obtain an account statement:
1. If you already receive your bank documents as e-documents, you can access and print them at any time in e-banking under "Mailbox > e-documents".
2. If you’d like an account statement by mail, you can request it by calling our customer service team. You can find the phone number on this page.
3. If you only want a list of your account transactions, you can download this in e-banking under "Assets > Account > Transactions" or print it from a Multimat in-branch.
