We are the Swiss real estate business of UBS Asset Management and have been managing real estate responsibly for over 75 years. For the benefit of society and the environment.

Our existing real estate portfolios, currently consisting of six listed funds, one unlisted fund and two investment groups, contain, together with external mandates, more than 1100 properties with a market value over 22 billion Swiss francs (as of March 31, 2019). One of our most important objectives is development focussed on sustainability. We will continue to focus our attention on this issue and push developments in this area for the benefit of both our clients and our real estate investment solutions

Sustainability is a key issue for the Swiss real estate arm of UBS Asset Management – development that is oriented toward sustainability is one of our most important objectives. This topic will also become increasingly important for the real estate sector as a whole due to rising energy requirements worldwide, the higher costs associated with this, and increasing public awareness of the need to preserve the environment. As a responsible investor with many years of experience, we will also continue to focus our attention on this issue in future, leveraging progress in this area for the benefit of both our clients and our real estate investment solutions

Together with our business partners we evaluate, advice on and implement sustainable and attractive solutions for real estate transactions and projects. These include: Acquisition and disposal of properties, project development, asset swaps, sale and rent back, public private partnerships (PPP), energy solutions, «James – serviced residences» and much else.

Our interdisciplinary team of experts consisting of experienced portfolio managers, real estate managers and agents, architects, and fund accounts

  • manage, augment, and optimize our existing Swiss real estate portfolios with expert knowledge and a far-sighted approach
  • look after and optimize our indirectly-held real estate investment products and develop new, needs-oriented real estate investment solutions
  • create market- and client-oriented solutions for our business partners and evaluate, support, and achieve promising real estate projects
  • provide access to direct and indirect investments at the global, regional, and country level
