There will be 95 car park lots at 9 Penang Road at basement level for staff who drive to the office. We are also currently making enquiries into securing additional parking spaces in buildings within the surrounding area.

There are sheltered walkways between Dhoby Ghaut MRT station and Bus Stop 08031 and the pedestrian crossing at Penang Road. There is no sheltered walkway covering the pedestrian crossing at Penang Road, but we are currently in discussion with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on this matter.

There are global security policies which allow only authorized courier / delivery companies that meet UBS security requirements to access UBS offices and deliver to our mailrooms. However, as part of the move to 9 Penang Road we will review potential options for providing concierge services at 9 Penang Road with relevant stakeholders.
