As a UBS Visa Signature Business cardholder (Cardholder), you are eligible to receive benefits from NetJets®— arranged for you by UBS Bank USA. NetJets offers multiple ways to fly, including the NetJets Share™, NetJets Lease™ and NetJets Card™.

As a UBS Visa Signature Business cardholder, you have access to your choice of one of the following benefits:

  • One (1) guaranteed complimentary round-trip upgrade with the purchase of a 50-hour NetJets Fractional Share or NetJets Fractional Lease, per contract year, on a light or midsize aircraft.
  • Reduced pricing for all daily flight times at or above 2.5 hours AND guaranteed availability to one (1) annual roundtrip upgrade, at the then current applicable interchange rate.
  • Annual $10,000 credit applied to your NetJets account each contract year with the purchase of a NetJets 25-Hour Lease.
  • NetJets Card with only 12.5-hours of flight time to be used over a 12-month term.
  • 355 days of guaranteed access on a NetJets Card purchase of 25-hours or more.
  • One (1) complimentary flight hour added to your NetJets Card purchase of 25-hours or more.

  • Upgrades for NetJets Share or NetJets Lease Purchase: Upgrades are to the next cabin class of aircraft, subject to NetJets sole discretion, and do not include large or long-range classes. Upgrades are not available on NetJets Blackout Days and are restricted to the NetJets’ collective Service Area. Future NetJets Blackout Days will be determined by NetJets, are subject to change, and will be made available upon request. Complimentary upgrade offer cannot be combined with reduced pricing offer for daily flight times at or above 2.5 hours (NetJets High Efficiency program). NetJets publishes Interchange Rates for their entire fleet, allowing customers to request smaller and larger aircraft, subject to availability, than what they’ve purchased (upgrades and downgrades).   • Annual $10,000 Credit with 25-Hour Lease Purchase: With the purchase of a NetJets 25-Hour Lease, Cardholder will receive a $10,000 credit applied to their NetJets account upon the closing of the contract, followed by a $10,000 credit each contract year for the duration of the contract. Credit shall be applied to NetJets account for use toward future invoices or products. Limited to a one-time transaction.
  • 12.5-Hour NetJets Card Purchase: Cardholder may purchase a NetJets Card with 12.5-hours of flight time to be used over a 12-month term. Limited to a one-time transaction to new NetJets Owners only.
  • NetJets Card with Enhanced Access: Cardholder may purchase a NetJets Card with a minimum of 25-hours and receive 355 days of guaranteed access. Card subject to 10 No-Fly Days in which Owners are not eligible to fly, 35 Peak Period Days at a 1.25x premium where NetJets can move a reservation +/- 3 hours (and offer a mission capable aircraft), and 45 Peak Period Days where NetJets can move a reservation +/- 3 hours (and offer a mission capable aircraft). Future NetJets Peak Period Days will be determined by NetJets, are subject to change, and will be made available upon request. Limited to a one-time transaction to new NetJets Owners only and cannot be combined with the NetJets Card complimentary flight hour offer.
  • Complimentary Flight Hour with NetJets Card Purchase: Cardholder may receive one (1) complimentary flight hour added to their NetJets Card purchase of 25-hours or more. Limited to a one-time transaction to new NetJets Owners only and cannot be combined with the NetJets Card enhanced access offer.
