How can I register my mobile number for security messages in Digital Banking?

To activate the UBS Access App for logging in to UBS E-Banking and UBS Mobile Banking, you must first register your mobile number with us. This will also allow us to notify you immediately about security incidents and reach you as quickly as possible in case of such an incident.

Saving your mobile number in E-Banking

Log in to E-Banking.
Go to “Settings > Security > Security messages” in the upper right and click on “Enter number” under “Mobile number for security messages” (click on “Manage” if you want to check an existing number).
In the “Phone numbers” tab, enter your mobile number without the 0 at the front, as the country code +41 will be added automatically.
Activate the slider “Enable this phone number for security messages”.
Follow the instructions to complete the registration.
