You are able to log in conveniently via Access App with fingerprint or face recognition.
- The Access App must have been activated or reactivated using an activation PIN or via Access App settings and not with the Access Card
- The device used must meet the highest security standards (some devices only support fingerprint login)
Once your Digital Banking contract has been activated for the new biometric login, when you launch the Access App you will be asked whether you want to set up biometric login. Simply follow the instructions in the App.
You can also start the setup in the Access App via settings or the PIN entry screen.
Note: If the biometric sensor on your device is not supported, the settings for biometric login in the Access App will not be visible.
