Follow these steps for a smooth first UBS E-Banking login.

1. Download Access App

Scan the QR code to download the Access App

2. Activate UBS Access App

1. Contract number

On the Access App setup screen, enter your Digital Banking contract number.

2. Mobile number

Enter the four last digits of your mobile number.

3. SMS Code

Click “Send SMS now”. On the next screen enter the code you have received in the SMS.

4. Activation PIN

Enter the PIN found in your Activation Letter.

5. PIN setup

Define a 6-digit PIN and click “Set personal PIN”.

3. Login to E-Banking with Access App

1. Start

Open E-Banking.

2. Contract number

Enter your Digital Banking contract number.

3. Scan QR code

Open the Access App and scan the QR code presented to you.

4. Enter PIN

Enter your 6-digit Access App PIN or use bio-metric authorization in the Access App.
