Your new branch in Uster as of 2 December 2024

The integration of the Swiss business of Credit Suisse into UBS is well underway. As a combined bank, we want to remain close to our clients — both digitally and in person. This is why it is important to us to maintain a broad presence in the future with our locations across Switzerland. At locations where two branches are present, these will be merged so that we can consolidate our strengths.

The opening hours for your branch will be: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

With this in mind, we have merged the branches of UBS and Credit Suisse in Uster. We look forward to welcoming you to the combined branch on Bankstrasse 5 in Uster.

Counter and ATM

You will be able to make deposits and withdrawals at the counter or ATM as usual at the combined branch. An ATM is available in the 24-hour zone, but a Multimat will no longer be available. We recommend our Digital Banking offerings for your day-to-day banking. This allows you to manage your banking activities easily and conveniently online. We are here to provide one-to-one support if you have any questions.

The previous UBS branch at Poststrasse 10 will be open until 31 January 2025 for the clearance of your safe deposit box as follows:
