We've been named as a best place to work for LGBT equality every year since 2004.
We recently received a 100% score in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC) Corporate Equality Index (CEI). CEI is a US benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees. This year, 517 major businesses, across various industries and locations, earned a top score of 100% and the title of "Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality." We are proud to announce UBS is one of them.

Our efforts towards LGBT equality and resources
The recognition as one of the best places to work for LGBT employees solidifies our commitment to diversity and inclusion. In addition to the programs, policies, and benefits that positively support all employees, LGBT employees leverage the support and advocacy of Pride Americas, our employee network for LGBT employees and allies. Pride Americas helps sustain an open, honest, LGBT-friendly environment, facilitates community partnership and promotes connectivity between our company and the LGBT clients we serve.

We also offer a number of employee groups that offer mentoring and career development resources for our diverse employee population. Resources are available for women, working parents, veterans, employees with disabilities and those from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

Encouraging your best self
"Our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace is about more than just doing the right thing—it's about leveraging a full range of perspectives, backgrounds and experiences in order to generate better outcomes for our clients and our shareholders," says Tom Naratil, President WMA and President Americas. "This recognition from HRC is encouraging, and we will continue to strive to create an environment where all of our colleagues are able to be their authentic selves."
