What role does Risk Control play within UBS?
Risk Control provides independent oversight of financial risks arising from UBS' business activities and challenges where appropriate. We ensure prudent and disciplined risk taking is at the center of every decision. Through risk assessment, measurement, aggregation and reporting, we protect our clients’ assets and UBS' capital.

We want students who show a keen interest in UBS and our industry. You’ll share our curiosity about understanding how risk and control frameworks can unleash the potential of organizations, whilst simultaneously providing strong accountability to our clients, shareholders, communities and our people. What support will I receive?
Everyone who joins UBS will be given a combination of on-the-job training and formal training. When you join you will be assigned a mentor or buddy depending on the program. Your line manager will take an active role in your career progression and development.
