We mainly operate in our home market Switzerland, but also support international business activities of our Swiss corporate and institutional clients through our local hubs in Frankfurt, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Retail and private banking

Our personal banking teams serve more than 2.5 million private clients across Switzerland. With our expertise and the simplicity and convenience of our product offering, we provide the best possible client experience. Many of our branches share locations with our other businesses, giving our people access to our entire product range and everything we do. Our clients have access to a comprehensive range of products and services tailored to each stage of their lives: day-to-day banking, financing, investments, and pensions. We are with them every step of the way.

Digitalization and technology

Our goal is to further strengthen and build our role as leading multi-channel bank in Switzerland and continue to be a recognized digital leader. In the search for new insight and solutions for our clients, we're constantly improving and expanding our product (such as e-banking, mobile banking, digital security solutions, daily banking, digital client interaction, etc.) and platform offering. We're involved in the whole value chain: from strategy development and execution, to rollout and market launch.

Corporate and institutional banking

Our corporate and institutional client advisors look after approximately 125,000 firms and business clients around the world. We provide services to companies ranging from start-ups to large multinationals, including specialized entities, such as pension funds and insurance, real estate companies, commodity traders and banks. We do this by providing them with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them abroad.

Contact Center Switzerland

In our Contact Centers located all over Switzerland, we offer our clients 24/7 support with their banking business - from e-banking to bank account openings to credit card transactions. Our specialist advisors also offer expert advice on other topics like investments or mortgages. Our Contact Centers are a great entry point into the world of finance with young and dynamic teams and part-time possibilities.
