Military Spouse Program

Military Spouse Program

The demands of being a military spouse can make it challenging to find or keep a typical steady job.

In 2022, we’ve launched a new program to strengthen and empower military spouses. Our aim is to help reduce the significant unemployment rate currently experienced by military spouses when compared to their civilian counterparts.

Program goals

  • Provide hybrid and remote full-time opportunities to the spouses of active-duty service members
  • Tailored training and development for military spouses
  • Opportunities across all business divisions

DOD SkillBridge Program

Veterans Associate Program (VAP)

We’re proud to be a SkillBridge internship provider with the US Department of Defense. This means that transitioning service members can benefit from valuable civilian work during their last 180 days of service. It also means that we get to employ some of the world's most highly trained and motivated individuals.

 What does it offer?

  • The chance to work and learn.
  • Allows transitioning service members to bridge the gap between end of service and the beginning of their civilian careers.
  • Continued military compensation and benefits during the internship period.
