The IB D&I regional councils are made up of a diverse group of individuals who provide input on the global IB diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategy, identify regional D&I needs and challenges, and propose regional initiatives aimed at furthering the global D&I strategy, and act as role models and visible advocates for D&I.
The Investment Bank Action Streams are volunteer employee-led workstreams focused on wellness, sustainability and talent.These groups of volunteers work to improve life in the Investment Bank for its employees.
Take2 – Teams that join Take2 commit to giving each other a break every now and again. Subject to work, in Global Markets each team member is given two hours per week during which their team mates cover for them – so that they can take a break. In Global Banking, each team member can work from home two days per month.
