Your development is at the heart of our program, and we ensure that you get a mixture of formal learning and professional experience. 20% of your working hours will be dedicated to an element of learning, such as academic studies and internal UBS training.

As part of your advanced apprenticeship, you will take part in academic masterclasses, lectures and will complete study leave delivered in the workplace.

Aside from the experience you’ll gain in your role, we believe additional opportunities to grow should be open to everyone. This can be through job shadowing, a carefully designed curriculum or through training offerings from the UBS University. We care about development.

What support will you receive?

You will have a line manager who will guide you through your role and support you as you study. In addition, your advanced apprenticeship is supported by senior business sponsors, HR program manager and an academic coach with our training partners who will assist with your training and ensure you are getting the most out of your program.

You will get the chance to experience our dynamic work culture firsthand. You’ll be part of our day-to-day operations, get the chance to network with industry leaders, and attend speaker sessions and events to learn more about the industry. We will also aim to assign an experienced colleague to you as a career mentor, as you transition and progress into the workplace.
