Weisner, Market Director

Meet Weisner, who began his journey at the UBS Wealth Advice Center (WAC) through the Financial Advisor Development Program. From day one, he discovered a place where he could build a meaningful career in wealth management - surrounded by mentors, senior leaders, and a culture focused on growth and career development.

After graduating from the development program, he took on roles such as Associate Market Executive in Connecticut, Branch Manager in Las Vegas, and is now a Market Director in Chicago. Each career move was a step forward in leadership and a new challenge to embrace, showing how UBS supports you in growing your career every step of the way.

His involvement with MOSAIC, our ethnically focused employee resource group, has also been a powerful part of his journey. Through MOSAIC, he's built connections, contributed to recruitment efforts, and mentored junior talent.
