In our AI & Transformation Factory network, innovation meets scale. As a global hub for digital transformation, the Factory brings UBS’s AI vision to life by uniting cross‑functional experts to rapidly design, test and deliver smarter, AI‑enabled solutions for the firm.
When we launched our first and largest hub in Singapore in November 2024, we brought together more than 150 colleagues - from data scientists and engineers to business implementation managers. That’s the whole idea behind the concept: creating smarter solutions globally by leveraging talent and expertise across UBS.
What truly sets us apart? Over half of our Transformation Factory team started in non‑technical roles. That’s proof that AI isn’t just for tech, it’s woven into the fabric of UBS, enabling every function to innovate and lead.

The factory has now expanded to Hong Kong, Zurich, Weehawken, Raleigh, Pune and Krakow. Together, these locations create a global “follow-the-sun” network for seamless collaboration across time zones, 24 hours a day.
