Maya:

The opportunity for cross-divisional rotations really stood out to me. I was also genuinely impressed by how the tech team is driving innovation, building tools and processes that really push things forward.

Maya:

It’s a great chance to gain diverse experiences and build a well-rounded skill set. I first heard about it at my university’s career fair and was really impressed by the comprehensive structure and the potential it offers for growth.

Yantel:

UBS felt like the right fit from the start. I joined through the Tomorrow’s Talent Program, then spent a summer as an intern, where I learned a lot thanks to supportive mentors and teammates. It’s been a place where I’ve grown, learnt about how UBS really works and pushed myself, and I’m genuinely excited to keep going as a GTP.

Maya:

Yantel:

Staying aware of the rapid changes in our world has always fueled my motivation to grow and improve. The constant stream of innovations and breakthroughs not only showcases our collective potential to create and evolve, but also inspires me to embrace challenges and pursue continuous learning.

Maya:

I’ve built a strong foundation in data analytics and look forward to applying it to banking data, especially by enhancing it with AI.

Yantel:

During my studies, I learned how to use GenAI to organize ideas and streamline research. At UBS, I’m looking forward to building on that by using Copilot to boost collaboration and simplify everyday tasks.

Maya:

AI will become an everyday tool to analyze data more efficiently, automate routine tasks, and offer insights that drive strategic decision-making. It will enable me to focus on more complex and creative aspects of my work.

Yantel:

As GenAI evolves, it will continue to free up time and mental capacity to focus on more strategic, high-impact work.
