What happens when 531 COO Global Wealth Management colleagues unite with a shared goal?

They walked 77,033 kilometers in just 22 days - virtually racing across the globe from Switzerland to Poland, India, and back to Zurich. The Step Challenge 2025 was more than a fitness initiative, it was a celebration of teamwork, wellbeing, and connection.

Using the Pacer app, teams tracked their daily steps and watched the leaderboard evolve. The challenge was fast-paced, fun, and full of surprises – culminating in a global journey completed faster than anyone expected.
