- On Web:
Change the language on the login page or within the app under Settings > tap “Language” > choose your desired language from the list of supported languages. - On iOS
For iOS devices starting from version 13, Apple allows you to set a language for individual apps independently of your device's main language setting. To change UBS Wealth language, go to Settings > scroll down and tap on “Apps” > scroll down till you find “UBS Wealth” > tap "Language" > choose your desired language from the list of supported languages. - On Android:
For Android devices starting from Android 13, Google allows you to set a language for individual apps independently of your device's main language setting. To change UBS Wealth language, go to the device settings > Apps > Your apps > scroll down till you find “UBS Wealth” > tap "Language" > choose your desired language from the list of supported languages.
- The UBS Wealth mobile app is currently available in the following App store locations: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan and Spain.
- Please contact your client advisor. Alternatively, you may contact UBS Wealth digital banking support for further assistance.
- Yes, you can use the UBS Wealth mobile app on up to 5 mobile devices. Please note, you will also need the UBS Access App installed and set up on each of your mobile devices to log in to UBS Wealth. The UBS Access App is also essential for logging in to UBS Wealth digital banking on a web browser. You can log into UBS Wealth digital banking and the UBS Wealth mobile app through the same UBS Access App.
