UBS Asset Management (Deutschland) GmbH has voluntarily established a Remuneration Committee. It always consists of 5 persons:

• Chairman of the Supervisory Board (also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee)
• 1 employee of the human resources department of UBS Europe SE
• Management (currently 2) of UBS Asset Management (Deutschland) GmbH.

The Managing Directors will be excluded if the Remuneration Committee reviews their remuneration and makes recommendations.
