If you no longer want to use the Safe and would like to delete the corresponding account, proceed as follows:

  • Open the Safe via e-banking.
  • Click on "Preferences" at the top right.
  • In the left-hand navigation menu, select "Delete account".
  • Click on "Delete account".
  • Enter the confirmation code displayed and then click on "Delete account".

All files and passwords in your Safe will be deleted after 24 hours. You can reactivate your account by logging back in within these 24 hours. After that, the data will be irrevocably deleted.
