Until now, the services provided by our foundation were always free of charge. Due to increasing operating expenses and regulatory requirements, the costs of managing a vested benefits foundation are rising. We are committed to continuing to offer a service that meets our usual high quality standards. We will therefore be introducing an account maintenance fee of CHF 3 per month from 1 January 2021.

The fee will be introduced on 1 January 2021. The amount will be debited once a year at the end of December, retroactively for the previous 12 months. Your vested benefits account will be debited for the first time on 31 December 2021.

If a pension fund member joins or leaves the foundation during the year, the fee will be charged pro rata per calendar day. On leaving the foundation, the pro-rata amount will be charged on the date of departure.

This means that you only pay the fee for the actual period of affiliation to our foundation.

Yes, the fee will be charged to all pension fund members of the foundation. The only exception is for pension fund members whose account has been in existence for less than two months on the date of debit.

The fee will be debited from the account balance or, in the event of a debit balance, will be settled by the sale of the corresponding number of investment fund units or fractions thereof.

No, the fee will only be charged once, even if you have more than one account with our foundation.
