From 14 November 2026, due to changes in market requirements, payment orders can only be executed if the payee’s address is recorded in a structured format. This means that the address must include at least the city and country of domicile in separate fields.  Existing standing orders are also affected by this change. Below, you can see how to adjust existing standing orders on your smartphone or computer.

How to change a standing order

On your smartphone


1. Log in to the Mobile Banking App

2. Tap on Payments

3. Tap on the Pending tab and then on See all

4. Tap on the standing order you want to adjust

5. Tap on Edit

6. Make the necessary changes and confirm by tapping on Next

7. Check the desired changes and confirm them with Enter

Your standing order is now up to date.

On your computer


1. Log in to E-Banking

2. Click on Payments, then on Standing orders on record

3. Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the standing order you want to Edit

4. Make the necessary changes and confirm with Enter

Your standing order is now up to date.
