UBS key4 smart investing is available to all our clients.
- Open the Mobile Banking App.
- On the home page, tap on the three dots at the bottom right (“More”).
- Open “Products” under “Products & Services” and tap on “Investing.”
- You will be guided through the opening process for your UBS key4 smart investing solution and define your investment horizon and risk tolerance. We will recommend some investment funds to you. Select and confirm the funds directly in the App and enter the first transfer.
- Log in to UBS E-Banking.
- Open the “Products” option from the main menu
- Click on the category “Investing” or “Invest”
- Select UBS key4 smart investing and start the opening process
First open an account directly in the Mobile Banking App and then select your investment products.
- Download the Mobile Banking App.
- Confirm your identity via a short video call (have your ID or passport to hand).
- Sign the contracts directly in the App.
- Set up your login.
- Log in, tap on the three dots at the bottom right (“More”).
- Open “Products” under “Products & Services” and tap on “Investing.”
After signing the contract by swiping in the App, your new account is already available in Digital Banking. We will add the corresponding custody account and portfolio in the next few days. You will then be able to see and manage the portfolio under "More > Assets".
In E-Banking, you will find the newly opened account under the menu item “Accounts & cards” in the category “Other accounts.” As soon as the portfolio has been created, it can be seen in the menu item “Assets & Investments” under “Assets overview.”
