Yes, you can change your investment instructions at any time and add new funds – either in the UBS Mobile Banking App or by phone with your advisor. Your changes only apply to future investments. Shares in investment funds already purchased in your UBS Investment Fund Account are not affected.
Investment instructions determine how your account balance is invested by specifying how much of your deposits or account balance should be invested and in which investment funds.
No, this is not possible. Please schedule an appointment at a branch or via video consultation.
If your fund is a dividend-paying fund, the amount will be credited to your UBS Investment Fund Account.
If it is a capital growth fund, the amount is not credited but reinvested directly in the fund.
Generally, you can sell your funds via UBS Mobile Banking App or through your advisor. The sale may take up to four business days to process.
If a fund is no longer supported because of a corporate action (e.g. merger, closure or restructuring), you have two ways to adjust your instructions:
- Adjust the allocation of your investments so the remaining funds together add up to 100%.
- Add new funds to your allocation.
Important: While the fund is still included in your investment instructions, no further investments will be made.
