Why focus on education? 

Education is an investment in the future. It enables young people to reach their potential, drives economic growth, translates into better health outcomes and fosters social cohesion.

The UK’s education system is not fair, however. The gap in achievement and opportunity between the disadvantaged children and their peers is growing, and the disruption caused by the pandemic has exacerbated existing inequalities.
