UBS LEADS Certification Program 2019

We are delighted to welcome you to the UBS Leadership Excellence and Development Series Certification Program 2019 (UBS LEADS).

The UBS LEADS is an exclusive and unique four-day program for the next generation of UBS Wealth Management clients. Aimed at university graduates and undergraduates of any academic background for the ages of 18 to 25 years.

Besides offering excellent opportunities to further enhance leadership and interpersonal skills, the program aims to actively engage participants through interactive workshops and group discussions to develop a deeper practical knowledge in the areas of finance and investments, business management, communication and cross-cultural awareness.

The UBS LEADS program will also be hosted by a combined team of UBS managers and third party professional trainers to deliver effective lectures offering practical knowledge and valuable skills in an appropriate yet enriching learning environment with like-minded peers. Upon completion of the program, all participants will be presented with a UBS LEADS Certificate on the final day of the program.
