In the context of House of Craft by Dior Singapore, we collect and process the following personal information: first name, last name, email address, contact number, domicile and nationality ("Personal Data").

We collect and process your Personal Data for the purposes of assisting with the event, event analytics, engaging in prospecting and business development and / or protecting and enhancing the UBS brand (the "Purpose").

During the event, UBS may be taking photographs and / or film the event.

Participants may also be photographed and / or filmed during this process. Your image in the photographs and / or films may also constitute your Personal Data (e.g. when it is possible to link them with you as an identified or identifiable person), in which case you can object to further processing of such data. These images may also be used by UBS for advertising, public relations, commercial or other business purposes. By registering for the event you agree that UBS may reproduce, distribute, broadcast and use these images for the purposes mentioned above.

Additionally, you acknowledge the event may include views presented by third-party speakers and by participating in the event, you understand and agree that the views and opinions expressed by third parties are not those of UBS and such views and opinions are to be considered solely those of the third party and neither UBS nor any of its directors, officers, employees or agents accepts any liability for any loss or damage arising out of the use of all or any part of the material presented by a third-party speaker or reliance upon any information provided by the same.
