Mark Haefele

As UBS’s Global Chief Investment Officer since 2014, he oversees the investment policy and strategy of approximately USD 5.5 trillion in invested assets. A former lecturer and acting dean at Harvard University, Mark has over 500,000 followers on LinkedIn.

Paul Donovan

Paul is responsible for developing and presenting the UBS economic outlook, marketing the UBS view on economics, policy, and politics around the world. As a political economist, he focuses on topics such as diversity, inflation, education, trade, inequality, sustainability, and social change. Paul has also authored books on these diverse topics. 

Daniel Kalt

Daniel leads flagship research publications for private and corporate clients in Switzerland. A recognized expert on banking, asset management, asset allocation, macroeconomics, and fixed income, he presents at client events and advises on economic policy. Daniel has been a member of UBS’s Pension Fund investment committee in Switzerland since 2014.

Ulrike is responsible for bringing together market and investment insights to create financial impact for UBS clients across the Americas. She contributes to the Global Investment Committee and also serves as Global Head of Equities. She sits on several external boards and is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Min Lan Tan

Min Lan directs research, oversees portfolio performance, and manages CIO communications in APAC, including Japan. Leading the Asia Pacific Investment Office since 2013 she provides tailored insights for clients in the region. Min Lan is a member of the Asia and Global Investment Committees, which formulate the regional and global UBS House Views. 

Themis is the Head of the EMEA Investment office and is responsible for generating investment content and ideas across all asset classes within Europe, as well as for marketing the UBS House View within the region. Prior to joining the CIO in 2014, Themis spent 20 years in the UBS Investment Bank, 15 of them as a highly-rated equity analyst.
