Mark Haefele

In his role as Global Chief Investment Officer, Mark oversees the investment policy and strategy of approximately USD 2 trillion in invested assets. He is a frequent contributor to numerous financial media, including CNBC, Bloomberg and the WSJ. Mark is former lecturer and acting Dean at Harvard University.

Michael Bolliger

Michael heads the Emerging Markets Asset Allocation team at UBS Chief Investment Office and acts as a regional CIO for CEEMEA. He is an experienced investment professional with a thorough background on emerging markets and global financial markets. Before joining UBS in 2009, Michael worked as an economist at the Swiss National Bank. Michael holds a PHD in economics.

Alejo Czerwonko

Alejo is Chief Investment Officer Emerging Markets Americas for Global Wealth Management. In this capacity, he oversees a team of analysts focusing on emerging markets macroeconomics and the development of investment ideas in these markets. Alejo holds a PhD in economics from Columbia University, where he now lectures regularly on emerging markets. Alejo is a member of the Advisory Board of the Wilson Center's Latin America Program.

Paul Donovan

Paul, Global Chief Economist, is responsible for developing and presenting the UBS economic outlook, marketing the UBS view on economics, policy and politics around the world. When Paul is not travelling the globe presenting his latest investment views and insights, you’ll find him in the boxing ring.

Dirk Effenberger

Dirk Effenberger is an investment strategist and economist with over 15 years in the financial industry. His areas of expertise include: Asset allocation, investment risk, and macro research. Dirk is lead author of a number of economic and investment research publications including the UBS Global Risk Radar. He is an avid presenter and a guest Lecturer at Coursera and University of St. Gallen.

Kiran Ganesh

Kiran is the Global Head of Investment Communications in the UBS Chief Investment Office, where he is responsible for the bank's House View research publications. Kiran holds a degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London, MBAs from London and Columbia Business Schools, and a CFA. He has been named one of Forbes Europe's 30 under 30 in Finance, and one of Poets & Quants‘ "Best and Brightest EMBAs".

Rolf Ganter

Rolf is the Head of European Equities in the UBS Chief Investment Office. He is responsible for the European team of equity strategists, which has ranked number 1 in the Swiss buy-side research category by Institutional Investor Extel. Rolf joined UBS in 1999 and is passionate about serving clients, with executives and entrepreneurial clients particularly close to his heart.

Daniel Kalt

Acting as the Chief Economist Switzerland and Chief Investment Officer Switzerland, Daniel is responsible for UBS Switzerland’s flagship research publications for private and corporate clients and is a speaker at numerous client events. Daniel Kalt is passionate about reading (economic) books, skiing and handball.

Solita Marcelli

As Chief Investment Officer Americas for UBS Global Wealth Management, Solita is responsible for bringing together market and investment insights to optimize impact for UBS Americas clients. Prior to joining UBS in 2019, Solita was the Global Head of Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities for Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan. Solita grew up in Istanbul, Turkey, and now resides in New York City.

Min-Lan Tan

Min-Lan’s primary responsibilities as Chief Investment Officer APAC involve directing research and supervising portfolio performance and CIO communications in APAC including Japan. In her spare time, Min-Lan enjoys reading and exercise.
