IT-way-up is a two-year program with an excellent reputation. It gives you entry into the world of IT and is a great start for your career.

Your development is at the center of our program.

During the two years of training with us as an app developer, you’ll learn how to program, get to the root of problems and create solutions using computer tools. You’ll get to work with a team, use program software applications and perform testing.

Your training

A practical instructor is at your side during your entire training period.

Our series of specialist training courses (internal and external) will help you reach the right level before you begin developing your skills in practice.

Your development

The program will give you an insight into a key element of our firm: computer science. As you learn and become more skilled, you'll get the chance to take on more responsibility within certain projects.

Aside from the experience you’ll gain in your role, we believe additional opportunities to grow should be open to everyone. This can be through job shadowing, carefully designed curricula or our UBS University. We care about development.

Who are we looking for?

To gain entry to this program you need to have a basic vocational education with vocational baccalaureate. Logical and analytical thinking is a must, as is a keen interest in how the work you will do has an impact in business settings.

Applications for the program can all be done online through an easy-to-follow process. The following documents are required:

Curriculum vitae (CV)
Letter of motivation
Matura or federal vocational baccalaureate certificate copies (all semesters, including final certificate if available)
If available: work certificates, learning reports, diplomas, certificates, etc.
