Investment fund company, insurance company etc.) but includes those out-of-pocket expenses, such as stamp duties, postage, cable charge, correspondent bank charges, if any. Relevant tax or fee should be paid according to the government or regulator or the relevant service institutions' fee table
- If client requests the Bank to provide the service out of the charge items above and the requested service is fulfill the PRC law and regulation's requirement and within our service scope, the Bank may charge such special handling fee subject to the amount of work involved as negotiated.
- This schedule may change according to the PRC laws and regulations or the Bank's actual situation includes but not limited to the incremental, reduction, cancellation, change of fee items or fee amount. In case of any change, we shall notify you or make public announcement in accordance with PRC laws and regulations.
