As a private client, the following options are available to you:
If you wish to grant power of attorney, request the form for the type of power of attorney you require (“general power of attorney” in most cases) by sending your client advisor a message via the Mailbox in e-banking or calling our customer service team.
To complete the form, we require the following details about the person you wish to grant power of attorney to:
- First name and last name
- Date of birth
- Canton of residence
- Country of domicile
The power of attorney is valid as soon as we receive the signed form from you and the authorized agent.
To change the purview or type of an existing power of attorney, or to change the details of the authorized person, contact your client advisor.
If you wish to cancel power of attorney, you can contact your customer advisor or our customer service team in urgent cases. You can also send a message via the Mailbox in e-banking or inform us in writing.
