Can I change or delete payments that have not yet been executed?

Payments entered with an execution date in the future can be canceled or amended free of charge at any time up to the execution date (up to the value date). Pending payments can be found in E-Banking under “Payments > Payments on record > Pending payments”.

Can I cancel payments that have already been executed?

Executed payments can no longer be canceled or amended. If you have questions about payments, you can contact the payment recipient to request a partial or complete refund or correction.

If you have made a payment in error or twice, we recommend that you contact the payment recipient directly to request a refund or correction. You can also send an inquiry in E-Banking (subject to a fee).
