Find all your bank details – but how?

On this page, we explain where you can find your IBAN and other bank details such as the BIC and SWIFT of UBS.

On this page, we show you how to quickly find your own IBAN – or how to get to our postal account number or any BIC/SWIFT you are looking for.

Tip: Use our convenient location search. When you find a branch, simply select Show all information and you will also see the BIC/SWIFT number.

Where can you find your IBAN?


  • On the back of your Visa / Mastercard debit card. And on the front of your V PAY / Maestro.
  • On your account statement to the right of your address.
  • In E-Banking, when you first click on Assets and then on Account.

How to find the BIC/SWIFT number of a UBS branch?

On your computer


1. Log in to your UBS E-Banking account

2. Click on Accounts & Investments, then on Accounts

3. Click on Account information

You have found the desired BIC/SWIFT number.

You can also use our convenient location search. When you find a branch, simply select Show all information and you will also see the BIC/SWIFT number.

Where can you find your clearing number?


1. It’s easy: just enter your IBAN. The clearing number is part of it.

More specifically: if you only need the code that corresponds to the clearing number, you will find it in your IBAN. It is given on the back of your Visa / Mastercard debit card. And on the front of your V PAY / Maestro card.

Where can you find the BIC/SWIFT number of a payee?

On your smartphone


1. Log in to Mobile Banking App

2. Tap on Payments and then on New

3. Select Domestic or International payment

4. Tap on Enter payee

5. Select No IBAN and tap Search for a bank

6. Follow the instructions

You have found the desired BIC/SWIFT number.

On your computer


1. Log in to your UBS E-Banking account

2. Click on Payments, then on Transfer money and pay invoices

3. Click on Enter New

4. Select Domestic or International payment

5. Click on No IBAN available?

6. Follow the instructions

You have found the desired BIC/SWIFT number.
