Problems logging in?

If you have not received your activation PIN letter for the UBS Access App and do not have a registered mobile phone number, please contact the Share Participation Plans Administration for assistance before starting the activation process.

How can I activate UBS Digital Banking to access my account?

To access your account in UBS Digital Banking, via desktop or the Mobile Banking app, you first need to activate the UBS Access App.
Please have your letter with the login credentials (PIN and contract number) ready for activation, as well as a mobile phone number registered with UBS (this number will be used for activation). You can find step-by-step instructions here:

1. Download the Access App from the App store or by scanning the QR code, and install it on your smartphone.

2. Open the Access App, select “Set up now” and enter your contract number.

3. Enter the last four digits of your mobile number.

4. You will receive an SMS. Enter the SMS code in the field provided.

5. Enter the PIN code from the letter containing your activation PIN.

6. Create a new PIN for the Access App. This is the PIN you will use to log in to the app from now on.

Your Access App is now activated!

We recommend enabling push notifications so we can quickly alert you about security events.

How can I login to UBS Digital Banking?

I forgot my contract number

On your smartphone

1. Open the Access App.
2. Tap "Contract no".

You’ll find your contract number under "Registered contract nos".

On your computer

Your contract number will appear automatically on the E-Banking login page if you have activated the Remember my contract number option.

Note that if you delete your browser or clear your cache, your contract number will be forgotten, and you’ll have to enter it again.

On the activation PIN letter

Your contract number is listed on the activation PIN letter that you received by post before activating the Access App.

I did not receive my activation PIN

If you do not have an activation PIN yet, you can order the PIN after installing the Access App. The PIN will be sent to you by post.
