Find bank documents
Looking for account statements, tax certificates, or credit/debit advice? These are bank documents. You can find them in the "Documents" section in UBS Digital Banking.
Bank documents
These are records related to your regular banking activities, such as:
- account statements
- tax statements
You can access these documents digitally in UBS Digital Banking under Documents.
Plan documents
These are documents related specifically to your equity compensation or Participation Plans, such as plan statements or plan-specific reports.
You can find your bank documents in UBS E-Banking. For detailed step-by-step instructions, see:
1. Log in to E-Banking.
2. Choose "Documents" and then "Bank documents".

3. You can go to "Filter criteria" to search for specific documents:
- Documents for your tax declaration:
Under "Category," choose "Tax reporting" (for certificates for accounts, tax statements, etc.). - Account statements:
Under "Document types", choose "Account statement". - Information about investments:
Under "Category", choose "Securities" (e.g., statements regarding trading, emissions and coupons).
4. Furthermore, you can restrict the time period or show only unread documents according to their status.
Now you can see and download the required documents.
You can access your bank documents via UBS Mobile Banking.
For detailed step-by-step instructions, see:
1. Log in to the UBS Mobile Banking App.
2. Open your profile.
3. Select "Bank documents".

4. You can find all documents for your tax declaration in the "Tax reporting" folder at the top. All other documents are sorted into folders by category. For example, information about investments can be found in the "Securities" folder (e.g., stock exchange and new issue statements or coupon statements).

5. Within each folder, you can filter for documents within a time period (from, to) or show only unread documents according to their status.

1. Log in to UBS Digital Banking. In the main navigation, click on "Assets & Investments" and open "Participation plans".
2. Select the "Plan documents" tab.

3. All documents related to your participation plans are available here and can be viewed or downloaded.
On your smartphone

1. Log in to UBS Mobile Banking.
2. In the "More" navigation, open "Participation plans".

3. Tap the three dots (...) in the top right corner to open the menu.

4. Select "Plan documents".

5. You can view and download all plan-related documents here.
Trade shares
1. In your participation plans, go to the "Grant information" page and open the "Available shares" section.
2. Select "Sell" for the shares you want to sell.
3. Alternatively, you can sell your shares via "Markets & Trading" in E-Banking or Mobile Banking.
4. If you do not see the "Sell" option, it may not be available for your plan or share type.
Please contact the Share Participation Plans Administration to request the Share Transfer form.

1. Log in to UBS Digital Banking.
2. In the main navigation, click on "Assets & Investments" and open "Participation plans".
3. Go to the "Grant Information" page.
4. Open the "Cash account" section and select "Transfer".

5. Choose the payment type (e.g., Account transfer, Domestic payment, International payment).

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transfer.

1. Log in to UBS Mobile Banking.
2. In the "More" navigation, open "Participation plans".

3. Go to the "Grant Information" page.
4. Open the "Cash Account" section and tap on the account.

5. Choose the payment type.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transfer.
When making a transfer or payment from your ESOS cash account, you may see different transfer or payment types. The options available depend on your account setup.
- Transfer
Use this option to transfer funds from your UBS ESOS account to your personal UBS account.
This option is only available if you have more than one eligible UBS account. - Domestic payment to Switzerland/Liechtenstein
Choose this option if the beneficiary account is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. - International payment
Select this option if the beneficiary account is outside Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
Use this when transferring funds to an account in your own name held abroad.
Payments from your Participation Plan cash account can only be made to an account in your own name. This is a security measure to ensure that funds are transferred exclusively to the plan participant. Transfers to third parties are not allowed.
- Domestic payments (Switzerland/Liechtenstein)
These are usually credited to the beneficiary’s account on the next business day. - International payments
These are typically credited within two business days after the payment is executed.
The exact timing depends on the receiving bank and the destination country.
