Overview
UBS Client Voice is a customized voting offering that enables institutional investors in Switzerland to express their AGM voting preferences, in line with their organization’s or beneficiaries’ priorities.
The majority of fund investors in Switzerland have to rely on the proxy voting policy of their fund management company. UBS Client Voice enables investors to apply their own custom policy, and specify their voting preference, down to a company level for individual AGM agenda items, if desired.
This level of choice is possible through the use of an intuitive third-party digital platform, which provides the service for an annual fee.
