We: The words of women empowered

We: The words of women empowered

Women around the world are fast becoming a catalyst of change in many facets, regardless of their age, cultural and economic background. Women empowerment, in particular, has evolved tremendously over the years globally, and South East Asia is no exception.

Innovation, disruption, fresh ideas – these are a few of the ingredients for sustainable growth. Hear from our renowned keynote speaker, Christina Dean, sustainable fashion advocate, the founder of environmental NGO Redress and also part of the UBS Global Visionaries family. Her company creates sustainable fashion using rescued textile waste sourced from the world’s leading luxury fashion brands and reputable mills and manufacturers. With their innovative techniques and sustainable designer collaborations, they are catalyzing the circular fashion revolution.

We are also excited to launch our South East Asia book titled “We: The words of women empowered”.

The book celebrates and reflects upon the women’s personal anecdotes and professional journeys. It also explores how they are challenging, reinventing and innovating their workplace in order to improve gender equality and be a force of change in their respective community and industry.
