UBS ETF, SICAV – Notice to Shareholders – Merger 25.08.2017 - MSCI Japan hedged to GBP UCITS ETF

The board of directors of the Fund hereby inform the shareholders of the above-mentioned sub-funds that it has been decided to merge the sub-fund UBS ETF – MSCI Japan hedged to GBP UCITS ETF (the "Merging Sub-Fund") into the sub-fund UBS ETF – MSCI Japan UCITS ETF (the "Receiving Sub-Fund") with effect as of 25 August 2017.
