During the first extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Company held on 4 December 2023, the required quorum was not reached. Consequently, the Board has the pleasure of inviting you to attend to the second Meeting to be held on 22 December 2023 at 11.00 am (Luxembourg time) at the registered office of the Company at 49, avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg to deliberate and vote on amendments to the Articles (the “Second Meeting”).
