"A Biden administration would likely keep US taxes unchanged for the first two years while the size of the upfront fiscal stimulus would depend on the number of seats held by the Democrats in the Senate" says Jason Furmam, former top economic advisor to President Obama, and Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors from 2013-2017. Furman is Professor of the Practice of Economic Policy jointly at Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) and the Department of Economics at Harvard University, and is also a non-resident senior fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics.
