Download the App on the App Store and the Play store or log in via your web browser.
Setting password for first time users
Before you begin, please ensure you have the following:
- Your account number
- The mobile number that you provided on the account opening documents / Credit Suisse WM APAC app application form
Step 1:
- If you have not yet downloaded the App, search for “Credit Suisse WM APAC” app on the App Store or Google Play
- Launch the Credit Suisse WM APAC app on your mobile device
- Tap on "First time user"
Step 2:
- Enter the mobile number that you have registered to use with the App
- A security code will be sent via SMS to your mobile device
- Enter the security code and answer the security questions to complete the authentication process
Step 3:
- Your unique username will be shown (it can be subsequently changed within the App)
- Create your new password
- Tap "Continue"
First time login and password creation completed!
- You will receive an SMS confirmation from UBS
- You can now log in to the Credit Suisse WM APAC app using your username and new password

Set up your Mobile Token (can only be done on mobile device)
Step 1:
- Open the Credit Suisse WM APAC app on your mobile device and log in using your username and password.
Step 2:
- You will be prompted to set up your Mobile Token.
- Tap “Set Up” to continue.Key in the SMS Activation Code sent to the phone number you’ve registered with UBS
Step 3:
- Tap “Done” to access the App and complete your Mobile Token set up
Step 4:
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions and complete the Market Data form
Your Mobile Token has now been set up, please login to explore the features in the Credit Suisse WM APAC app.
The App is currently available for wealth management accounts which are booked in Australia. Clients must be registered to access the App. Depending on your country of residence or incorporation, and/or the location of your UBS account and team member(s), you may not be eligible for access to or certain features may be restricted or not available.
