UBS ETF SICAV – Notice to Shareholders – Name change

The board of directors of the Fund hereby informs the shareholders of the Sub-Funds that on 24 August 2016, Bloomberg L.P. has completed its acquisition of Barclays Risk Analytics and Index Solutions Ltd. – a transaction that included the widely-used Barclays indices. Following this, the concerned benchmark indices are now co-branded "Bloomberg Barclays". The Board has decided to reflect this name change in the prospectus of the SICAV and to consequently change the names of the Sub-Funds.
