Please note that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on 26 August 2016 at 4 pm. In addition to the ordinary business of the AGM, the Shareholders will be asked at the AGM to consider proposals to amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company (the “M&A”).
