Für Ende April / Anfang Mai 2016 plant die Fondsleitung UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG für UBS (CH) Property Fund – Swiss Mixed «Sima» (Valor 1 442 087) eine Kapitalerhöhung mit Bezugsrecht in der Grössenordnung von rund CHF 370 Mio.
