Following the Merger of MSCI Australia hedged Sub-Funds, effective as of the 21 December 2015, the assets and liabilities of the Merging Sub-Funds have been transferred into the Receiving Sub-Fund, and transferring Shareholders of the Merging Sub-Funds have received shares in the Receiving Sub-Fund in the following ratios:
