The legal merger between Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and UBS Switzerland AG on July 1, 2024, formed the prerequisite for the transfer of client relationships in Switzerland. Started in 2025, the transfers were successfully completed by March 2026, unlocking a seamless offering for new and existing clients. This was another important milestone in the integration of Credit Suisse and a historic step for UBS.
