The General Manager Wanda talks about the range of opportunities in operations

In Operations we take care of a range of activities which directly support the business decision-making process. Primarily, we provide support to dealmakers to enable them to make prudent and confident decisions. They rely on our professional handling of systems, data, securities and corporate events to support their daily activities.

Furthermore, we reconcile daily accounts and then send the information back to the business so they can measure performance. We also support account managers with reports which they use with their clients as a customer management tool and we provide post-trade account administration and collateral management. All of these activities mean we have a crucial role to play in many of the bank’s business activities.

We are growing dynamically and are looking for enthusiastic people, the kind who know or want to learn the difference between bonds and equities, are extremely customer service orientated, who enjoy juggling data in Excel and are open to new and exciting challenges in their career. Come learn and grow with us.
