UBS Asset Management secures A$168m AREIT mandate
Sydney, 14 December 2017 - UBS Asset Management Australia is pleased to announce it has secured a new AREIT mandate for approx. A$170m from Colonial First State.
The mandate will be managed by UBS Asset Management's property securities team which is comprised of David Scott, Portfolio Manager, and Pat Barrett, Analyst. Together they have over 56 years of combined experience and have a long standing working relationship of over 15 years. They have a proven track record in various market environments, achieving outperformance of 203bp per annum since joining UBS Asset Management in 2011.

The UBS Asset Management's AREIT team are now providing property expertise and management of over $580 million on behalf of our underlying clients.
