The mandate will be managed by UBS Asset Management's property securities team which is comprised of David Scott, Portfolio Manager, and Pat Barrett, Analyst. Together they have over 56 years of combined experience and have a long standing working relationship of over 15 years. They have a proven track record in various market environments, achieving outperformance of 203bp per annum since joining UBS Asset Management in 2011.
